Basic Trust Functions:

Serving as Trustee, the First National Bank in Pratt manages your assets providing sound, moderate-risk investments with a competitive yield. Areas of service include a Living Revocable Trust, Testamentary Trust, Agency Agreement, and Conservatorship.

We offer objective investment advice as well as management of stocks, bonds, mutual funds and other securities. We have access to FDIC Insured Certificates of Deposit throughout the United States . We are able to take care of as many bill-paying items as you want or need. In addition, we provide monthly, quarterly, or annual reports. The reports reflect current assets and all financial activity in your account during the designated timeframe.

Farm and Ranch Property Management:
Perhaps now is the time for you to take advantage of our experience in property management. We currently manage thousands of acres of farm and ranch property for clients. Services include: on-site inspections, development of a farm plan, payment of all expenses, administering government farm programs, acquiring appropriate crop insurance, marketing grain, and providing written reports.

Oil, Gas, and Mineral Management:
We provide management of mineral properties including negotiating oil and gas leases.

Executor of the Estate:
As the Executor of your Estate we can provide a professional transition of your estate to your designated beneficiaries.
