It only takes a few minutes of your time to get started. The FNB TransferKit includes a Direct Deposit Change Form, a Government Direct Deposit Sign-up Form, an Automatic Payment Change Form, and an Account Closure Form. Simply print as many forms as you need and follow the 5 SIMPLE steps below:
Step 1: Open a New Account at First National Bank in Pratt: Stop by to open a new checking or savings account. Remember to have the following items ready when you open your account:
Your old bank information
Details of your existing automatic payments
Details of your existing direct deposits
Two forms of I.D. including a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license, and another current form of identification
