First National Bank is a proud sponsor of all the local schools. Each year we contribute to the Pratt and Skyline Annual Yearbooks. We also sponsor the Pratt USD 382 School Calendar, the Skyline Student Planner and help sponsor the publication “Game Night” insert with the Pratt Tribune. We are proud of all our local students and are pleased to support many different programs throughout the year for all age groups.
First National Bank in Pratt and Skyline USD 438 will team-up in the Pratt area to participate in the State Treasurer’s Office sponsored Save@School Program. The students are taking part in a savings program to teach financial literacy to encourage good spending and savings habits. Save@School Program is in its 9th lesson Plan, “A Money Plan”. Students learn to make a budget and try to stick to it. Skyline teachers and FNB staff work together in teaching students about money management – even opening savings accounts for the students, who begin to make deposits on designated FNB Savings Day at school. The curriculum and lesson activity will serve the students well throughout their entire lives.
First National Bank in Pratt is proud to sponsor the first Semester Accelerated Reading Programs at Skyline, Sacred Heart, and the Pratt School district. This program encourages the area’s children in 1st to 8th grade to read. First National Bank in Pratt and the Pratt Recreation Department have teamed up again to offer a family recreation program for 2010 to the community. Goals are set for the year and mileage is recorded each day in the specified activity you participate in. T-shirts will be given to all participants who have completed and returned their record sheet. This year's activities include walking, rollerblading, running, bicycling, swimming, or a combination of the various activities. For more information or to register, come in to the bank or recreation department today!
The First National Bank in Pratt takes great pride in supporting our local community. First National Bank in Pratt decided years ago that the bank should sponsor a program to help pre-school children in Pratt County. Because of these efforts and the bank's commitment to our community, the "Gift of Knowledge Library" program was born. Through this program, Pratt county pre-school children are able to receive free books from birth through age 5. For more information on this great program or to learn how to enroll your child, please visit our "Gift of Knowledge Library" page. |
