The First National Bank in Pratt is a federally chartered commercial bank, supervised by the Comptroller of the Currency. Being a corporation, the First National Bank in Pratt is owned by stockholders, who elect the Board of Directors. The Directors, in turn, appoint Officers, who have the responsibility of managing the Bank's day-to-day activities to carry out the goals established by the Board of Directors.

Our History
The First National Bank in Pratt was founded by the late George W. Lemon* on May 2, 1902 . He was President of the Bank until his death in February, 1955.
Mr. Lemon’s grandson, George C. Lemon, continued with the family's active association with the Bank until his death in 1995.
George T. Chandler assumed the position of Executive Vice President on April 1, 1948 . In 1955, George T. Chandler became President and Chairman of the Board. April 10, 2002 George T. Chandler assumed the role of Vice Chairman of the Board.
David T. Chandler became President and Chief Executive Officer, March 1, 1986. On April 10, 2002 he became Chairman & CEO. In October 2008 David T. Chandler retired from the bank.
Kelly C. Mason became President of the First National Bank in Pratt on April 10, 2002 . In October 2008 Kelly C. Mason became Chairman of the Board, CEO and President of the bank. On January 15, 2009, Kelly C. Mason assumed the role of Chairman of the Board and CEO.
Jack G. Galle became President of the First National Bank in Pratt on January 15, 2009.
